We offer simple, straight-forward pricing on payroll services.  No forms to fill out to get pricing information.  No telephone numbers to call.  We offer two standard payroll packages.

Full Service Payroll

We do all of the work.  It is that simple.  You provide the employee hours and new employee information.  We do all data entry and take care of tax payments and tax forms.  There is nothing that we do not do with this package!  The Full Service Payroll package is the easiest on the employer but is also the most expensive.  Please note that are full service pricing is all inclusive.  You will never be billed more for check printing, tax filings, or w-2 printing.

EAO Payroll - Easy, Affordable, Online Payroll

The name says it all.  We give you access to our online payroll system.  You take care of all the data entry (new employee information, filing status changes, hours worked, commissions, deductions, etc.).  You are also responsible for check printing or direct deposit advice printing. (Although this can be added for a small fee as noted below).  We are responsible for direct deposit processing, tax payment processing, tax calculations, and tax form compiliation.  We even allow you to use our system and e-file Federal and State forms for free!

EAO Payroll - Easy, Affordable, Online Payroll

There is a one time set-up and training fee of $75.  This fee gives you about an hour of our time to teach you to use the product and answer and questions you may have. 

Add on Check printing is 60 cents per check.  This includes the check and envelope. Shipping will be additional.

Full Service Payroll

There may be  one time set-up fee depending on the number of employees and time of the year.  All new customers processing payroll for the first time or starting at the beginning of the year do not pay a set-up fee.  Please note that are full service pricing is all inclusive.  You will never be billed more for check printing, tax filings, or w-2 printing.
